Main objective of the post:

Expand and build the loyalty of the current volunteer base, promoting their in-person and sustained participation in support of our campaigns. This role seeks to strengthen the sense of community, consolidate a committed team and maximise the impact of actions aligned with Compromiso Verde's mission.

Language requirement: Native Spanish, Intermediate English

We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming the food system towards one that is fairer to animals, people and the planet. Through innovative campaigns and negotiations with key stakeholders, we seek to eradicate the cruelest practices in the animal agriculture industry. 

Tailored responsibilities:

Diagnosis and debugging

• • Analyse and organise the current group of active volunteers.
  • Implement simple classification tools (surveys, calls, labels).
  • Consolidate an operational group focused on Lima.

Activation and coordination

• • Plan and lead monthly face-to-face meetings.
  • Form a core team of committed volunteers for mobilisations and ongoing support.
  • Design and implement field activities (urban interventions, activations, visibility campaigns).

Communication and monitoring

• • Establish efficient internal channels (task force, information channel).
  • Convene actions in a clear way, assigning defined roles.
  • Provide post-activity follow-up (acknowledgements, feedback, visual materials).

Loyalty and sense of community

• • Publicly recognise the most active volunteers.
  • Record hours of activism and participation.
  • Foster lasting bonds based on shared purpose.

• • Residence in Lima and availability to travel to face-to-face activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect, motivate and build teams.
  • Awareness and commitment to animal protection.
  • Proactivity, autonomy and territorial work orientation.
